The ABC Center for Performing Arts proudly hosts the Tri-Town areas first youth dance company, Metamorphosis. The company was created and is directed by Amy Burns-Cuozzo as an artistic outlet for young dancers to explore innovative choreography and concepts of modern contemporary, as well as other genres of dance.

The community tribute, "Rising Above", choreographed by Amy Burns-Cuozzo and performed in 2009, was the inspiration for the company. Metamorphosis inspires dancers to reach beyond the stage and touch their audience, while growing, learning and changing together. The aim of Metamorphosis is to express ideas, thoughts, feelings, stories, & messages through one of the most beautiful forms of communication...dance.
